Summary

Fortuna Bank is a mobile banking concept exploring how everyday financial tasks could become easier to understand and manage. My research highlighted needs around routine payments, clearer financial information, and accessible support. I translated those findings into a prototype combining a customisable home screen, payment flows, budgeting tools, and a conversational assistant concept. The design used visual hierarchy, guidance, and personalisation to explore a banking experience for people with different levels of financial confidence.
