Fortuna Bank is a research-driven UI/UX design project created as part of my master’s degree dissertation. Centred on enhancing contemporary mobile banking experiences, the study explored user interactions across diverse demographics to uncover opportunities for improvement. By leveraging a data-driven approach, the project delivered optimised design solutions aimed at creating a more inclusive, intuitive, and efficient mobile banking experience for users from varied backgrounds.
